Inspection Overview
Our inspection process is very thorough. We generally spend approximately 3 hours for homes that are 2,500 square feet or less. We encourage you to accompany the inspector as they go through the home during the inspection. By accompanying the inspector during the inspection, you will gain a better, more thorough understanding of the systems in operation in the home, as well as gain a clear understanding any deficiencies they may find.
All inspections follow the Standards of Practice set forth by the American Society of Home Inspectors. A clean, easy to read digital PDF report will be emailed to my client within 24 hours of inspection completion. In fact, we strive to have it emailed by the close of business the very same day the inspection takes place. The report is very comprehensive and includes pictures relevant to deficiencies found and a thorough description of all items is included. After completion and delivery of the report, We are always available for complimentary phone support and consultation for the duration of your home ownership.
